How to access the Acunetix log files

Description
Where to find the Acunetix WVS log files.

Cause
To resolve some complex scanning issues, it is sometimes necessary for the user to send the log file of Acunetix WVS to the support team.

Resolution
The Acunetix log files may be found in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Acunetix\Web Vulnerability Scanner 4\Logs - wvs.csv

This file must be copied immediately after the problematic scan has been performed. If a different scan is performed after the problematic one, and the log file is not saved, then all the information in the log file is overwritten.
