Can I manually import scan results into the Acunetix database file?

In the case where one would require to generate a report from an instance of Acunetix which did not perform the scan, it is possible to load a separate saved scan result file and manually import it into the database.

To generate a report from saved scan results you must first save a .wvs file, then follow these easy steps:

1. Save your scan results (File - Save Scan Results) - file.wvs
2. Load the scan results into the other Acunetix instance on a separate computer (File - Load Scan Results)
3. Right click the 'Web Scanner' node in the Tools Explorer, and select "Import scan results to database'.

The scan results will now be available in the database, and you can usethem to generate a report.
