Mantis 1.00 File Inclusion and SQL Injection Vulnerabilities (Windows) Security Vulnerability

Description
1) Input passed to the "t_core_path" parameter in "bug_sponsorship_list_view_inc.php" isn't properly verified, before it used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from external and local resources.
2) Some unspecified input isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Confirmed in versions 0.19.2 and 1.0.0rc2. Other versions may also be affected.

Impact
The remote attacker can include arbitrary files from local resources.
