Simple PHP Blog v.0.4.7.1 Local File Inclusion Security Vulnerability

Description
Input passed to the "blog_language" parameter in "install05.php" isn't properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.
Successful exploitation requires that the "install05.php" file has not been removed after installation and that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

Confirmed in version 0.4.7.1. Other versions may also be affected.

Impact
The remote attacker can include arbitrary files from local resources.
