TOPo v.2.2.178 Remote Code Execution Security Vulnerability

Description
Input passed when adding a new site is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary PHP code into arbitrary files, which will be executed when the files are accessed.

Confirmed in version 2.2.178. Other versions may also be affected.

Impact
The remote attacker can execute arbitrary code on the server.
