Description
The database attached to this CMS can be downloaded via "http://[SITE]/[PATH]/admin/database.php?action=write&userID=1" with no restriction.

Confirmed in version 4.01.01. Other versions may also be affected.

Impact
The remote attacker can gain access to all data stored in the database attached to this CMS.
