    Can you ensure that there is no other application running on port 3443? Should the problem persist, please get in touch with our support team.

  • Some errors were generated during this scan. Please check the events. How can i resolve this issue. im trying in online scan.

    • From the Scan results, switch to the Events tab. This will provide more details on the errors encountered during the scan. Feel free to contact our support team who will be able to help you better interpret these events.

  • Hi, I met error while scanning said “Scan aborted because of too many network errors! This can be configured from Configuration > Scan settings > Scanning Options”,
    Done adding up abort until 100 network error, but still same

      You need to investigate what is causing the network errors. It seems that the site is not responding to a good number of requests being done by Acunetix.

  • Do Acunetix 12 can support cross-domain apps hosting to proceed scanning/crawling?

    • Hi Tim,

      Acunetix can scan multiple Targets as part of one scan. You will need to configure all the Targets that you need to scan, and use the Allowed Hosts options from the main Target to configure Acunetix to follow links to the other Targets.
