Managing Notifications
You can manage your notifications on the Manage Notifications page.
You can view all the configured notifications from the Manage Notifications page. If needed, you can clone, edit, and delete existing notifications. Also, you can filter your notifications.

Notifications fields
This table lists and explains the columns on the New Notification page.
Column | Description |
Name | This is the name of the Notification. |
Status | This indicates whether the Notification is Enabled or Disabled. |
Website Scope | This indicates that the notification will be sent if the scan is related to the website or website group |
Event | This is the scan event that triggers the Notification. |
Rule Scope | This option indicates who receives the notification. |
User Scope | This option indicates who receives the notification. |
Type | This option indicates who creates the notification. |
How to clone a notification
- Log in to Acunetix 360.
- From the main menu, select Notifications > Manage Notifications.
- Next to the notification you want to clone, select Clone.
- On the New Notification window, in the Name field, enter a name.
- Edit the remaining fields, if relevant. (See How to Create a Notification)
- Select Save.
How to edit a notification
- Log in to Acunetix 360.
- From the main menu, select Notifications > Manage Notifications.
- Next to the notifications you want to edit, select Edit.
- On the Update Notification window, in the Name field, edit the name.
- Edit the remaining fields, if relevant. (See How to Create a Notification)
- Select Save.
How to delete a notification
- Log in to Acunetix 360.
- From the main menu, select Notifications > Manage Notifications.
- Next to the notification you want to delete, select Delete.
- From the Delete Notification dialog, select Delete.
Filtering notifications
Column Filters
All columns can be filtered, using a highly customizable combination of Fields, Operators, and Values. Each is explained below.
Filters & Values
This table lists the filters and values available for the columns listed above. Select an option to filter the list by that criterion.
- In many cases, values can be entered into the value field; in others, the value can be selected from a drop-down menu.
- You can enter more than one filter at a time.

Name | Select to filter notifications by their name. | Enter a value. |
Status | Select to filter notifications by their status. | The drop-down options are:

Website Scope | Select to filter notifications by their scope. | The drop-down options are:

Operator
This table lists and explains the Operators available for filtering columns. They work in conjunction with the Field, Operator, and Value.
Operator | Description |
Equal | This operator can be used for exact matching. |
Not Equal | This operator can be used to exclude some results based on exactly matching. |
Contains | This operator can be used to include results if the filtered column contains the value. It does not matter where the value is. For example, you could filter for the word 'production'. |
Not Contains | This operator can be used to exclude certain results on the notifications page. |
Starts with | This operator can be used to filter for columns that begin with the value. |
Ends with | This operator can be used to filter for columns that end with the value. |
How to filter notifications in Acunetix 360
- From the main menu, select Notifications > Manage Notifications.
- From the Manage Notifications page, select the filter button ( ) next to any header column.
- Select Clear to clear all fields.
- Add a New Filter.
- In the relevant filter, where relevant:
- From the Field drop-down, select value.
- From the Operator drop-down, select an option.
- In the Value field, enter a value.
- Select Apply.
