Settings and Password

In Acunetix 360, all users can change their own User Settings (such as Name, Phone Number for example) and Password. Email (which is used for your login credentials) can only be changed by your Administrator.

You can configure additional settings in the General Settings window.

How to edit your account settings
  1. Log in to Acunetix 360.

  1. Select [Your Name] (top right of page), then User Settings. The Change User Settings page is displayed.

  1. In the Name field, enter a name.
  2. In the Phone Number field:
  • From the dropdown, select a flag for your location
  • Enter your phone number
  • Click Confirm
  1. From the Time zone dropdown, select the relevant option.
  2. From the Date and Time Format dropdown, select the relevant option.
  3. Click Update.

How to change your password
  1. Log in to Acunetix 360.

  1. Select [Your Name] (top right of page), then Change Password. The Change Password page is displayed.

  1. In the Current password field, enter your current password.
  2. In the New password field, enter your new password.
  3. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password.
  4. Click Update Password.

How to Change Your Phone Number
  1. Log in to Acunetix 360.
  2. Select [Your Name] (top right of page), then User Settings. The Change User Settings page is displayed.
  3. In the Phone Number field, enter a new phone number you want to use
  4. Click Update. Now, you need to confirm your new phone number.

  1. Click Confirm. The Phone Number Confirmation popup is displayed.

  1. Click Send Confirmation Code. Then, check your phone.
  2. Enter the Confirmation Code within the allowed time. Then, click Confirm.

  1. If successful, the Phone Number confirmation is succeeded message will be displayed.

Now, you can use your new phone number.
