Configuring Proxy Settings

You can configure Acunetix On-Premises to use a proxy server if your environment requires it to connect to the Internet. Using a proxy server will affect product updates, license activation, and AcuMonitor requests.

This option is not necessary for Acunetix Online and is therefore not visible.

How to configure proxy settings

  1. Log in to Acunetix On-Premises.
  2. Select Proxy Settings from the left-side menu.
  3. Click on the checkbox next to Use Proxy Settings to enable the option.
  4. Specify the proxy address and port.
  5. If authentication is required to connect to the proxy server, click on the checkbox next to This proxy server requires authentication.
  1. Then enter the necessary username and password to connect to the proxy server.
  1. Click Save.
