Description
WordPress Plugin GiveWP-Donation and Fundraising Platform is prone to multiple vulnerabilities, including cross-site scripting, security bypass, server-side request forgery, CSV injection and cross-site request forgery vulnerabilities. Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site, to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, to perform otherwise restricted actions and subsequently delete content from the website, to make the vulnerable server perform port scanning of hosts in internal or external networks, to execute arbitrary commands on the victim's system by the use of Microsoft Excel DDE function, or to perform certain administrative actions and gain unauthorized access to the affected application. WordPress Plugin GiveWP-Donation and Fundraising Platform version 2.25.1 is vulnerable; prior versions may also be affected.
