Directories with executables permission enabled Security Vulnerability

Description
This check is only related to Microsoft IIS servers.  If a directory is configured with execute permissions, executable files can be executed from a malicious user.

Impact
It's possible to run executables (.EXE, .DLL, .BAT, ...) in this directory.
