Exporting a Vulnerability to an Issue Tracking System

If you have configured an integration, such as Jira, GitHub, or Slack, in Acunetix 360, you can send these issues to that integration. You can export issues manually and/or automatically.

Such integration lets you streamline the issue-fixing process, saves you time, and ease the developer's life. For further information, see What Systems Does Acunetix 360 Integrate With?.

How to Export a Vulnerability in Acunetix 360

There are several ways to send issues to integration in Acunetix 360.

Warning

To manually export an issue from the Issues or Recent Scans window, the status of the issue must be Present, Revived, False Positive, or Accepted Risk. Or, the State of the issue must be New, Not Fixed, or Revived.

Otherwise, the No Action Required information pop-up will appear.

  1. From the main menu, select Issues > All Issues.
  2. From the Issues window, select one or more issues you want to send.
  3. Select Send To, then [Integration].

A pop-up is displayed, with a link to the issue you have sent. If there is an error, this information will be displayed instead.

  • You can send an issue from the Recent Scans window:
  1. From the main menu, select Scans > Recent Scans.

  1. Next to the relevant scan, select Report.
  2. Scroll down to the Technical Report section.
  3. From the list of detected vulnerabilities, select an issue and display its details.
  4. Select Send To, then [Integration].

Tips

If you have previously exported a vulnerability, it will already be accessible. You cannot export the same issue twice.
